How a Green Hills Developer Got Out of Building a Sidewalk - So disappointed!

I recently heard that the propping up of the walls at this location was to avoid triggering a requirement for sidewalks.  This saddened me greatly.  Businesses in the Green Hills area have been profiting for so long and giving back very little in regards to walkability.  On the flip side, look to The Hill Center.   It is a testament to what great walkability can do for a community of businesses.  The remainder of Green Hills is sorely lacking in connections that are meaningful for any one out of foot.  This land owner added to the misery that is walking in Greenhills by missing the opportunity to  improve the infrastructure.
