Enhancing West End Ave. The construction site at the split of West End and Broadway has been vacant since 2007.  It has be named Palmer Lake after the developer that originally took on the project. The Lake currently has black fences around the perimeter of the site which TURBO in conjunction with West End Business Association has identified as an ideal space for public art! Come to our monthly meeting tomorrow and discuss what could be done. Nashville Needs Sidewalks Head over to the Shade Parade Blog and learn about all the great things you can find on foot walking around Nashville.
