Development is going to occur. In-fill is happening everywhere in Nashville. One way this in-fill can 'give back' to the neighborhood is by building the sidewalk they are required to put in rather than pay the on-lieu fee. This way, we work towards a complete and robust sidewalk network rather than no sidewalk network at all.
This lovely addition to the neighborhood is on Woodmont just west of the corner of Estes.
